My husband had to go to the emergency room for severe abdominal pain. Izzy was so patient, compassionate, and calm. She was constantly checking in on him and making sure his pain was under control. It was a stressful situation and she made me feel calm and even though my husband was in a lot of pain, she made him feel at ease and that his concern was valid. When it was time for him to be discharged, she took the time to sit down next to him and go through his discharge instructions. This really made us both feel like she truly cared about us. She never made us feel like a burden or feel rushed. She answered all of our questions and made sure we knew what to watch for as far as complications and if they happened to not hesitate to come back because it could be serious.
