This boss doesn’t sleep sometimes. You see him leaving late and coming back in very early the following day. He is a dedicated person, and we are lucky that he has recently taken us under his umbrella. I know it's just a short period of time, but for sure, we gave him a lot of headaches. He listens to our issues and concerns and addresses them without prejudice. He made sure to drop by to check how our night was and if we were doing okay. He coached us and gave feedback in real time on how to communicate effectively and professionally. I salute you, sir, for all that I do, and it's always my pleasure talking to you.
