Ryan has such a caring and understanding spirit.  My sister and I are alone with our mother, not knowing what to expect or what steps to take.  Ryan took the time to explain every drop of medicine, all of the alarms, colors, and codes associated with our mother and her equipment.  For any big words or complicated treatments, he took the time to break down the meanings, side effects, and purpose of each one.  Ryan always entered the room with a warm and welcoming smile on his face, ready to comfort us and make us smile as well. Once it was time to have the conversation with the palliative care team, he joined my family to make sure we were ok.  For this, we thank you, Ryan Bailey.  You are making a difficult time and situation so much easier to cope with.  May God continue to bless you, your wife, and your son.

Ryan made sure that my mother was well taken care of.  She’s a complicated case, and he was right there: checking her medicine, checking with the doctor to make adjustments several times, and answering every question my family had.  Yes, I know this is his job, but he did it with so much love, as if this was his mother.  There are nurses who take care of the patient, but Ryan took care of the patient and the family, and we are very grateful to him.
