Karen consistently goes above and beyond her job duties, not only for her patients but also for her colleagues. She takes the time out of her daily functions to ensure patients understand their care, medications, and diagnoses. She also takes the time to help educate her colleagues while keeping an open line of communication for the improvement of workflows. Karen is always eager to lend a hand, a smile, or a shoulder to cry on. I believe Karen is an exceptional asset to Primary Care of Milford, as well as an exceptional nurse in general. I would love to see her recognized for all of the things she does for us and for our patients here.
