Christine’s personal warmth, her smile, and her professional knowledge eased my anxiety from the first. She listened to my symptoms, took steps that immediately improved my physical comfort, and had me laughing throughout the process. She has a wonderful way with people! She explained what she was doing – and why – in easy to understand language. As I was being taken upstairs, she stopped what she was doing to come over to the gurney and give me a firm handshake, big smile, and good wishes. I wanted to give her a big hug, and I thank her for all that she did for me – both physiologically and psychologically.
