Agnieszka was the first nurse to meet me after my mum's admittance. Her care was exemplary for mum, but her care for me & our family was stunning. She rang me to reassure me of how Mum was doing on bad days. She reassured me after being told she was going to pass on. She ensured Mum got a private room, and we had 24-hour access to her. She fed me and got endless drinks for us. She talked to Mum all the time and rang me to go in when it was her time, and although I missed her passing, Agnieszka was with her. She met me, consoled me, and cared for me, too. She was amazing to Mum and us all. We will never forget her care.
