Roshan holds herself to high standards in practice and interpersonal communication. She models the standard of nursing we want to see in the next generation of nurses.
Throughout the two classes I had her in, she made me feel like there was a teacher that truly wanted all her students to succeed. She made herself available when we needed help and encouraged us to reach out to her for help.

***

Roshan is heavily involved and invested in her students. She sets high expectations for achievement but is kind and approachable as well.

***

Active listener and responds with helpful information that helps resolve the issues or concerns that are presented.

***

She enhanced our learning by telling relatable stories and going through case studies with us. I haven’t had another teacher do that for us, and that truly has helped me understand how to apply what I have learned to a patient.

***

She always presents with a smile and enthusiasm for students and colleagues alike.

***

She is always willing to help. Provides emotional and academic support and advocates for students' success.

***

Holds the standards of our time-honored profession high when working with her students.

***

She talked about her time as a nurse and I could not stop wishing that I could be as skilled as her as a nurse. She expressed her compassion for patients and love for the profession time and time again, and that is something that many nurses lack nowadays, and it is something that should be acknowledged.

***

Roshan holds herself to high standards in practice and interpersonal communication. She models the standard of nursing we want to see in the next generation of nurses.

***

She takes time to communicate with her students and is empathetic.

***

Always used her prior nursing experience to demonstrate safe and effective nursing.

***

She is the only faculty member that tutors dimensional analysis, which has been hugely beneficial for our student body.
