Jess is our angel here at the office and is truly made for this award. She goes above and beyond every day for all of our patients and physicians. Whenever there is an issue before you can even call her name, she is ready to help and right there to assist with any patient's needs.

Last week, we had a patient who had an injection in the office and was not feeling well; Jess heard the patient was having a hard time and dropped everything she was doing to check the patient and their vitals. When he still wasn't feeling well and sweating, Jess then moved the patient to the room, where she accompanied him until EMS arrived, holding ice on his neck, checking vitals and blood sugar to make sure he was okay until further help got to the office. This is just one of the many reasons why we are so lucky to have her on our team, but even as many hats as she wears, if you need help with calling a patient or lifting a patient, no matter what she is doing, she is willing to go above and beyond to make sure the patients are given the care they deserve.

Just to share one more story, a few weeks ago, we had a patient who fell out of his walker. Jess ran to make sure the patient was okay and make sure he did not hit his head on the ground. She comforted the patient until a lift was given, where she assisted me in properly lifting the patient back up onto his feet. Jess was so patient and compassionate with the patient, he was so scared but so grateful to have us there to help. Jess is truly made for this.
