My 83-year-old mother was admitted to the ICU after suffering from head trauma after falling in her home. We had so many questions and concerns, yet Lee Her demonstrated the ultimate care and expertise, all while maintaining and nurturing our appreciation and respect. Lee provided the small details that make the most difference: gentle, thoughtful touches, speaking in a loving and kind voice, and delivering care for our mother as if it were her own mother. She provided incredible care. Lee responded to my mom and answered any questions we had. She displayed incredible professionalism in the high-stress environment of the ICU.
