I have been an inpatient at Bumrungrad since April, and for much of that time, Apisit Sathuphak has been my nurse. During this time, Apisit has been an excellent nurse. He has been incredibly efficient and professional and also very helpful in responding to any queries I had, including queries about my treatment plan and finding out information for me when I have asked him to. He speaks excellent English, which has helped a lot with good communication. Most of all though, I would like to mention that Apisit has demonstrated exceptional compassion in my care. A few days ago, when I was feeling very depressed about my situation, Apisit was so caring, listening to me and providing kind words of comfort and reassurance. He really helped me feel better that day! Also, because I have spent almost all my time here alone, with very few visitors, Apisit has taken the time to chat with me to help cheer me up and make me feel less lonely. I really wish to thank Apisit for all his help and the wonderful nursing care he has provided to me during my stay at Bumrungrad!
