When I first walked back to the area where the procedure was to take place, I was first greeted with a “Good morning, Ms. M” by Danielle, who had been with me the day before during my stress test. That immediately made me feel a little more relaxed. I didn’t know what to expect and was feeling very anxious about being cut on without anesthesia. Sarah was very thorough in explaining how the entire procedure worked and even showed me the tools used to make the tiny slit and assured me there would be lots of Lidocaine involved, so I only felt pressure and no pain after the initial injection.

Andrei was very thorough in helping me set up the app on my iPhone and answering all my questions after watching the video. She is a most excellent “Professional nose scratcher and hand holder”! She held my hand through the entire procedure and encouraged me along the way, as well did Sarah and Dr. Galani. Dr. Galani was patient and very careful to make sure I wasn’t feeling anything sharp before he started the installation. I had to chuckle because they all three simultaneously had to remind me to breathe when he started.
