I can see and feel how much it means to her. Nothing gets past her. She is a great listener, she has good follow-through, and she is comforting and loving at the same time. I could immediately feel the warmth and sincerity from the minute she introduced herself to me. She checked on me several times throughout my hospital stay, not just during my medication times.
Most importantly, I believe I recovered so well from my surgery because she put in the effort to educate me about it and to talk to me about it. She made me less apprehensive about the procedure. Lisa was exemplary in checking how I felt before the procedure, and she even held my hand and went down to the procedural area with me.
