I have been an employee here for 14 years, from IMCU and CRP to throughput. Shelley has been a leader, and I couldn’t ask for better. Over the years, she has instilled in me such beautiful values—integrity, hard work, strength, confidence, and compassion. If I have any sort of challenge, she is the first there to support and guide me. Shelley also challenges me in many ways that have stepped into growth. She leads with her heart and goes above in all she does.

Shelley went through cancer, chemo, and all the treatments, but you would have never known. When it came to me (and her team), we still felt number one. I don’t know how she did that, but that is just who she is. When she steps into these doors, she pours her heart into her team despite what is going on outside.
