My Husband passed away unexpectedly, and Erica Paulus was with me, helping me through this most difficult time. Without her compassion and support, I am not sure I would have been able to handle the loss. She stayed with me while we tried to get all the paperwork completed, and she helped contact the funeral home. She was the most caring person.

She has a difficult job seeing spouses and family members at the lowest and worst days of their lives, but she manages to give so much encouragement and support. I am sure this has taken a toll on her, and I feel the hospital should recognize the gem you have in Erica. Erica, Thank you from the bottom of my heart. I only wish I had been able to think of this sooner.
