I am a mother of three boys and have had several visits to the ER when Mallory Brogli was our nurse. Each time, I have been impressed with her professionalism, bedside manner, and level of patient care. She is an exceptional nurse who always goes above and beyond for us, and I'm sure does the same for all of her patients. I have one child in particular who is medically needy and requires frequent trips to the ER. He has a pretty extensive medical history and often requires emergent care when he is sick. Never once have I had to remind her about his history, and she always remembers even small details that I know aren't in his record anywhere. She remembers them because she truly cares. She puts her patients first and is their advocate first and foremost in all situations. She is an exemplary nurse and deserves to be recognized for it.
