Dayna is very professional, very empathetic, and very personable. She always responds to any request or needs I have in less than a minute. I was very concerned about my dog because she’s been alone since Friday and today is Sunday. If I wasn’t discharged today, Dayna would have gone to my home to make sure my dog had enough to eat and drink and that my dog was ok. This provided tremendous peace of mind! Once I was determined safe to be discharged, Dayna worked to make sure everything was quick and the process went smoothly. Dayna has a wonderful idea of working to implement a program to take care of hospitalized patients’ pets so they can have peace of mind while they recuperate in the hospital. This would be a huge relief to NAH/FMC patients!!!
