I responded to the ED for a transport. To make a long story short this patient was very sick and we were busy in there. The staff were awesome. Everyone we encountered was super helpful and pleasant despite the stressful situation. Kimberly Sinclair definitely deserve some kudos. She brought her “A” game.

Kimberly Sinclair is one of the most compassionate Nurses I have ever worked with. She exemplifies professionalism, control, care and overall calm which is essential for her role. A recent patient was deteriorating during the shift and Kimberly with her team proceeded to mobilize staff to another room to assist in airway and medication administration for the critically ill patient. Kimberly was placed in a position of having to take care of another nurse's patients while being in charge and maintaining a full unit. She did so with grace and dignity and the most professionalism possible in a complicated scenario. This is every day without fail on her shift. She displays grace under pressure and NCMH is lucky to have her.
