The entire time our daughter has been in the ICU, all of the staff have been nothing short of amazing! If I could nominate everyone, I would. However, the first day following surgery was very big for my family. This is the point where nurse Olivia won it for us. She was very compassionate and tried her best in every situation to break down the procedures and processes going on with our daughter. She continued to extend high levels of care and compassion for our daughter. I can say, with confidence, that there was no part of today's care that I didn't understand due to Nurse Olivia's diligence. My partner and I felt more than safe with our daughter in her capable hands. My family and I appreciate the devotion, love, and commitment she has shown to our daughter and us.
