If I had to describe what a great nurse/person is or looks like – I’d say it’s Phong Lam over and over again. When we choose a career, we choose based on the moment, and if that career is meant – we stay. He is perfect for this position. He has helped me through some of my hardest times. He has reassured me over and over when I questioned myself. He has gone above and beyond all of the time. Phong knew how much it meant for my family to be home for Christmas, and he made sure that I was ready for the transfer home every step of the way. Thank you, Phong.
