Jennette Gold is always going above and beyond to make her patients comfortable. Pain control is a huge aspect of care in the PACU, and Jennette will try multiple different modalities to keep her patients comfortable. She individualizes her plan of care for each patient and what will work best for them. Anxiety can also play a big part in pain control, and Jennette will do whatever it takes to keep her patient's anxiety and pain to a manageable level, even through untraditional routes like music, touch, and temp control.

Jennette is always living out the core value of “one team, one purpose.” She recently floated to the Independence Center after they had one of the two nurses working leave for a medical emergency. Jennette had never been to the Independence Center before, but she jumped in eagerly and willingly. Clients shared with leadership that they appreciated her caring demeanor. Jennette is always willing to float and help out any team in need. Thank you, Jennette!
