Brittny is the first manager I’ve had who has invested in our department. She has given us breaks when we are short staffed. She has come in on holidays to calm patients and their families. I truly appreciate her dedication to making this a better workplace for staff and a safe, caring hospital for patients.

Brittny starts her day by being present in her units for both night and day shifts. Brittny has been engaged and dedicated as she works to understand how to meet the needs of both the staff and the IMC patients. She works hard to listen to and support the team and address any concerns in a timely manner. Brittny earns the trust of her team by being present, available, and approachable. She is proactive in seeking opportunities to improve patient care and looks for creative ways to address problems. Brittny is exceptional at working with patients, is very adept at dealing with difficult patients or families in a calm and rational manner, and handles difficult customer service situations very well.
