As a PCP, I know a great nurse when I see one. Susan gave my mother excellent care. My mother bonded with her right away due to Susan’s compassionate and patient-focused care.  Susan did a great job keeping us informed and making sure the care given was well coordinated. Susan’s professionalism in working with the care team was evident from the start.  Her positive attitude really helped my mom get past her anxiety, and the comfort she gave my mom was also a great comfort to me and my family.

Susan was constantly calming my mother with a personal touch and kind words.  While all the staff that took care of my mom were good, Susan really stood out for knowing when to be a source of support and when to push a little to be sure that mom actually progressed.

Susan also did a great job explaining complicated medical concepts to my family in a way that was clear and understandable. She did this for my mom, explaining what was going to happen before the nursing care was given.  My mom felt safe with Susan.

I am not a physician on your staff. I practice in Nebraska and come home to attend to my mom as she became ill.  I will always be grateful that Susan was part of her care team.
