Chloe was amazing, she did everything to fulfil my expectations, always smiling very careful.
I was induced, and when my contractions started the next day, I was moved to the delivery room at around 3 am, where I met Chloe. In the beginning, I didn't realize that actually, it wasn’t the first time seeing her; she used to come to Windmill Surgery at the very beginning of my pregnancy (I have seen her only twice there). I cannot thank her enough for what she has done and the way she handled everything. Between contractions, I was able to tell her my expectations (to do skin-to-skin with my baby, to wait for the placenta to be delivered naturally, and to guide my delivery in order to avoid any tears as much as possible). Chloe was amazing, she did everything to fulfil my expectations, always smiling very careful. She definitely knew what she was doing and I fully trusted her.

To Chloe:

We (me, my husband, and baby N) cannot thank you enough for the personal, intelligent, competent, loving, and awe-inspiring care you provided for our family during this amazing time. You left me speechless and inspired! Thank you for what you do, how you do it, and for bringing meaning, connectedness, and compassionate energy into the medical realm. As I reflect on my pregnancy journey and birthing experience, I wonder where and how do I begin to put my thoughts into words? There is so much that I absorbed during my labor that I didn’t get a chance to tell you, that I fear you may think went unnoticed, but I assure you, it did not. You saw me when I was at my most vulnerable, you remained calm when you witnessed me terrified, and you treated me with dignity at a time when I felt my least dignified. You listened to me, respected my wishes, and shared my most intimate moments with me.
