Justine was very knowledgeable and vibrant. She went over everything before and after the Watchman procedure, made sure my parking ticket was validated, and escorted my husband to the main entrance. She really loved her job. Everyone on the floor was cheerful and energetic. The patients they handle don't feel well and are generally grumpy. There was a smile on all their faces and a wave goodbye.
