I told Rochelle that I use a cane, so getting back to my car would be a problem. She volunteered to wheel me to my car if no one from the discharge area or hospital would take me.
First, Rochelle is a very caring and warm person. I love how she will share small tidbits of her life with others. My issue that she helped with was my disorder, where I get extreme agitation and feelings of panic when someone snores, taps fingers, whistles, and hums or sings loudly. Other noises affect me, too. My roommate snored to high heaven, and I could not sleep or even stay in the room. She managed to find me a private room.

When I was upset, she would come over and talk to me softly until I calmed down. She made my hospital stay a warm experience. I might add that she just seemed to always go above and beyond to make sure the hospital was thought of as a pleasant experience. It was tough choosing a nurse. Most were really good. Everyone, however, made me feel good about Baltimore Washington Medical Center.

Oh, one more. My care was over at the Endo Center building. I was brought to emergency from my doctor's office. I told Rochelle that I use a cane, so getting back to my car would be a problem. She volunteered to wheel me to my car if no one from the discharge area or hospital would take me. I don't know how it will turn out, but her offering to help made me feel very comfortable.
