Ms. Kaddy is so amazing and wonderful. I have Crohn’s disease with open wounds, and it would hurt when I had to do wound care. She asked the doctor for extra medicine for my pain and was able to adjust my wound care to twice daily instead of just once daily.

When she came in the morning for my wound care, I did not look forward to it. Kaddy would come into my room with an amazing spirit, smiling and singing “Killing Me Softly” by Lauren Hill. It was my favorite song. She made me so happy. She has a magnetic healing energy. From then on, I would play the song on my phone. She would sing with me to distract me from the pain of changing my bandages.

She would check on me throughout the day and always knew when I would want my medicine. She would bring her bright spirit with her and it would give me motivation to get up and take a shower. She always asked if I needed anything. She is loving and caring. Before she leaves my room she always says, “Don’t run anywhere,” or “Take one day at a time.” This made me feel extra cared for. She is amazing!
