I have known “Dee” for a little over a year now, serving as her HDL. During that time, I have been so impressed with her dedication to HOME. As a cross-trained PD and HHD RN, Dee delivers service excellence to her patients and teams. Her patients and physicians all rave about the caregiver that she is, always going above and beyond to ensure her patients are happy on home therapy while also delivering outstanding clinical outcomes. As if managing a program of both PD and HHD patients wasn’t enough, she invests in her own development as well, often asking her leadership team for additional assignments at the regional level and enrolling in programs such as Spark. We are so very proud to have Dee as a home nurse in MiraMonte and know the sky is the limit for her here at DaVita.
