My father was brought to UH Parma from a rehab/SNF, in pretty bad shape.  As a daughter, I felt very helpless, worried and scared. 

Nurse Sandra was so very kind when working with my dad in the ER. He really could not talk, but she seemed to be able to communicate with him, making him smile. At one point, he asked to see her ID badge, which he often does when he likes a nurse so he can remember his/her name.  Sandra gave my dad wonderful care. 

However, the care (emotionally) she also gave to both myself and my mother will forever stay with me, and I found it deeply touching. She supported us, explained everything that was happening, provided guidance, and checked in on us with such compassion. 

Sandra is an extraordinary nurse, with wonderful skills, both medically and psychologically, and I want to thank her for being there for us. She is very special.
