The night shift promised a shower and walk to Michelle’s patients but there was no PCT on night shift to assist with this, so the patients never received their shower or walk.

The next day, Michelle didn’t have a PCT on her shift either, but she wanted to uphold the promise that was made to her patients the night before. Therefore, Michelle proceeded to shower all her high-acuity patients, and three of them needed assistance bathing. And Michelle did it all by herself. This goes above and beyond as this is a very difficult task to do by yourself!
