I’m so happy Tiffany Hart was my nurse when I had my pacemaker surgery. I was worried because none of my family members could be there, but she made me feel so comfortable right away. We talked and realized we had a lot in common. She explained everything before and after the surgery and answered all my questions. Tiffany cared for my physical, spiritual, and emotional needs with skill, compassion, and confidence. My worries about missing my family were gone because I felt like I had a friend there with me. Tiffany was my nurse for 90 minutes prior to my surgery. I have never had someone spend that much time going through all the potential steps of what I would experience in the operating room. Her interpersonal skills were off the chart, and you could just tell she really enjoys her job. She put me into a great frame of mind prior to surgery.
