Olivia was one of my wonderful nurses. She gave very compassionate and yet professional care, showing the elements of kindness and interest in me as a person, not just a patient. We walked and talked together, and I was happy to introduce her to my family who visited. My mom is a retired nurse, and they talked about that as well. When you are in the hospital, it is so important to feel that you have "real people" helping and caring for you, and Olivia did just that. Your mission statement is what you live out.
