Anytime our office receives feedback about Dr Klugiene and her team, there are always glowing remarks made about Melissa's positive attitude, knowledge, and thankfulness that she went above and beyond to help the patient. She engages in the RBC committee, vaccine management, and other extra tasks within the office that are above her job description.
