Cesar is always positive, calm and polite, he provides outstanding care to our patients who always compliment his calm demeanor and professionalism. Cesar uses evidence-based practice to achieve positive patient outcomes, and delivers competent and compassionate care. He has grown a lot in a short time in his role of a Case Manager with the VNA. We receive many phone calls from patients and families complimenting the care provided by Cesar. Patients love and request him to be their Case Manager stating that he is a compassionate and very kind nurse. Other patients call and compliment Cesar’s great knowledge and nursing skill and patience while teaching patients to be independent in their home. Cesar is a great asset to the team and is a pleasure to work with, he truly deserves to be called a DAISY Nurse. Received call from patient who wanted to compliment Cesar her nurse Case Manager for all the great compassionate care and being very kind to the patient.This patient is also on services now and requests Cesar all the time.
