Rodeline Chery exemplifies the kind of nurse that our patients and families, as well as co-workers recognize as an outstanding role model. Rodeline's standard of care and attributes are reflective in the care she provides to our patients. We have received several calls and emails from patients and families to compliment her on the great care she provides. Rodeline is readily available to assist the team with starts of cares and revisits when called upon. The team is currently short staffed and Rodeline sometimes works extra days just to help to fill in the gap to assist the team. She is also a preceptor. Patient M.W. emailed the agency to inform us that “She is just amazing. She is very caring and compassionate and has made this process very easy for me”. Patient M.M Called to say “Her service of care is very excellent. Outstanding patient care. Thank you for your services”. Patient W.P said “Caring and professional”. O. K called to say that "this nurse was very nice and professional." She stated that if she were to ever use our services again, she would want her to be her nurse.
