I am grateful for your kindness and support as a nurse, mother, and auntie like we would say in the hospital. Your exceptional care and kindness have not gone unnoticed. I connected with Abi as she also had a NICU baby. We would discuss about feedings and her experience and what I know, in order to advocate for my baby. She was always careful with my baby and sanitize at the beginning of her shift. She’s always positive and happy to be around, which I need during our NICU stay. I always feel good/not concerned if she’s taking care of my baby.

We had chosen Kaiser San Leandro location as our delivery and labor center and our baby was born in June. We had an amazing experience regarding our birth and received great care. Abi was very considerate, soft spoken and provided great encouragement during the labor. She provided feedback from time to time and enabled us to make good decisions. I was very impressed by her calming attitude and assessment of my labor. Unfortunately our baby needed additional care in the NICU because of trouble breathing right after the birth. We were helped by our nurse Abi. She took very good care of our baby and kept us informed about all the updates. I was very much impressed with their consideration nature and well informed decision making.

Abi also provided valuable suggestions and tips for taking good care of the baby. Although it was a tumultuous time for us new parents, she helped us feel relieved to some extent. We also received this amazing service from all other people with whom we interacted throughout our journey. I am so thankful to all of you and to Kaiser for taking such good care for us. I wish all the people receive this level of care from other locations. I provide my highest recommendation for the entire Kaiser team but specifically for Abi.
