Allison is very professional and takes time to know the patient instead of only focusing on the treatment.

Allison treats the whole patient from the time they walk in the front door. She is always positive and there to help and do whatever it takes to make the patient’s experience the best. She shows deep compassion for the patients, and it is evident through actions that this is truly her calling. Compassion is the core value this associate fully embodies.

***

Allison is very knowledgeable about my treatment and my diagnosis which makes me feel comfortable as her patient. She always has a smile when greeting me and appears to love her job. I always ask for her to be my nurse even when she is busy with other patients. She knows I like to be in room 4 so she has it ready for me when I arrive. This nurse always gives me a hug when I leave and that means a lot to me. This is a great caring nurse.

***

Allison always greets me by my first name which I prefer. She always appears happy and smiling. This nurse is attentive to my IV and what is happening with my treatment and care. Her attitude and personality is warm, genuine and caring. She is very professional and takes time to know the patient instead of only focusing on the treatment. She remembers conversations from months prior which proves she listens. The doctor is blessed to have this nurse.

***

Allison greets each patient that walks through trough the department with a caring "hello". She greets most of them by name. She is always engaged with the patients and actively listening to them. This associate works in one department but will also fill in for the other department nurse when they are out. Each and every associate loves this nurse. She is always smiling!! All of the providers speak highly of her for her work ethic, nursing skills, and compassion. Allison started with CHRISTUS as a front office associate before getting her RN degree. She is a blessing to have come back and work with us again in a nursing role!!!
