My brother left this message on my phone that I would like to share with you. He had been placed on Heparin and, as a result, had a bleeding event that left him with blood all over his arms, legs, face, bed sheets, and rails. He stated that he couldn't get anyone to help him. He called out for other nurses to help and stated, “These ladies gave me the royal treatment. They gave me a shower and cleaned all the blood off me. They were so protective over me and backed the others into a corner so they could do it and do it right. Yumn and Shavonne were the nurses, and in case I don't make it through the night, they must have a letter sent to the head of the hospital about what they did. They were like angels that were dropped in for me. These two ladies took absolutely wonderful care of me for the last hour and a half or two. They cleaned me up, my bed all clean-out of this world”.
