I just wanted to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for all your timely help during my most challenging time in life- to decide when I should start medication after a test. You read the results as soon as they became available and messaged me as late as 8:10 pm so that I could start the medication the following day.  When I caught a cold and had a high fever, I messaged you at 6 am, and you responded and provided a detailed care plan at 6:56 am.  Your timely help filling out so many complicated forms for extending my short-term disability, critical illness, return to work, etc., was also highly appreciated.
