Nurse Osmali needs to be acknowledged for her care, bedside manner, patient empathy, using precautions while dealing with the ill, kindness, and professional attitude & approach to her field. Nurse Osmali did more than any other nurse for me. In addition, she offered me grooming utensils where others may have been inept to do or care. In addition, me being extremely ill; Nurse Osmali handled me delicately and gently. I do feel she should be acknowledged immediately as we all know that some workers suffer from burnout and exhaustion. This is not Nurse Osmali. She is a professional that needs to train others on protocol. Many of the other nurses are very obtuse when it comes to handling patients' bodies, but not Nurse Osmali. Nurse Osmali took her time when dealing with me, giving much-needed prompts of "Are you ok? Should I? How can I help you?" These prompts are necessary & show the patient's comfort. I can continue to affirm on about Nurse Osmali. Thank you, Nurse Osmali.
