I have never met a nurse so sweet and professional as Phanice. As soon as I made my way to my mom's room, she quickly greeted me and introduced herself. Shortly after, she asked if we needed anything, such as blankets or extra pillows. I spent the evening with my mom and witnessed Phanice’s excellent care and bedside manner. So wise and so caring. She had a wonderful way of explaining the next steps and what was going on in my mom's body after surgery. This surgery was something I had serious doubts about; however, Phanice provided an ample amount of knowledge that smothered my worries. Phanice always encouraged my mom and kept her in good spirits even though she was in pain. She was constantly checking in and making sure we were comfortable. This made the experience 100% better. We wish we would have had Phanice during Mom's entire visit.

To end on such a wonderful note, I tend to get lost easy in hospitals; however, this fear quickly disappeared when Phanice offered to get me back to the entrance which was much quicker than my earlier route.

Miss Phanice, I thank you for the phenomenal experience you've provided my family and the excellent care you provided to my mom. You need to be recognized for not only your patient care but for your wealth of knowledge.
