Jennifer shows compassion and care for her patients. She take the time to understand them and their needs. She remains calm in very stressful situations. Jennifer not only tends to her patients but listens to the families to understand the dynamics outside the hospital setting. She is a hard worker with a big heart and cares for the patients and families as if they were her own, giving them the respect they deserve. Jennifer is the type of nurse to console her patients or families during difficult situations. I watched Jennifer remain calm during a time of passing for a patient whom couldn't be held by her family. Jennifer held the hand of her dying patient reassuring them until the end. The patient had squeezed back letting Jennifer know that she knew she wasn't alone at the end. When the family arrived, Jennifer comforted and helped them understand giving them reassurance and peace knowing that their loved one was comforted until the final moment.
