Inna is a nurse who goes above and beyond to provide her patients and their families with excellent clinical care with compassion. There were times on D7S that we were short staffed, with only 5 nurses to 36 patients and without a PCA or PCT. Inna was in charge of a full assignment and still provided care to all her patients. Nurse Inna goes above her responsibilities every day. She strips beds, she makes beds, and she does finger sticks.
