Jeanine Cervantes always provides excellent care, but one day, it was truly spectacular. To start from the beginning, we had a patient who was unable to attend his wife’s memorial service due to his condition. The day prior, Jeanine was trying to figure out any solution so he could be part of the service. She and another staff member came up with the idea of doing a Zoom meeting. Fast forward to the next day, Jeanine and I spent quality time with the patient, taking our time getting him ready for his day. We helped him with showering, shaving, overall pampering, and helping him look and feel his best, as I’m sure that particular day of his wife’s service was not going to be the easiest. Jeanine always strives to make her patients feel comfortable and well taken care of, and I know this patient appreciated the care he received, saying he “felt so much better.” She made a difference in that patient’s day.
