Lori was amazing. My son is autistic. She was patient, understanding, and kind. Usually, I have to hold my son down or he is screaming. Not once in the care of Lori did he scream. She spoke to him as if he was just like everyone else. After checking his vitals, she gave him a glow stick. He loved that, and it kept him calm. When he started screaming for me on the way to surgery, she brought out the bubble gun, and it changed his whole mood. She even did a little dance. It was such an amazing experience, which I enjoyed. We need more people like Lori to care for our children. She then put me at ease that everything would be okay and what to expect next. I am grateful you have her on your team. She deserves this award and more.
