Jamar's pleasing personality also gave us a sense of assurance. He had such a calming effect on my husband when he became nervous or had other emotional feelings.
My husband was hospitalized and this has been a traumatic experience for our family. Seeing our “Rock” in distress and helpless. Watching him struggle to breathe, so weak he couldn’t lift his head. He was in the fight of his life, everything was affected by this Staph Aureus infection of the blood (heart, liver, lung, and kidneys). Our family didn’t know what to expect. I was afraid and/or thought he wouldn’t make it. We had so much information thrown at us. We encountered many Nurses and hospital staff throughout this ordeal. Even in the face of adversity, Jamar Bing was there, prepping for everything he would need to make my husband comfortable. He showed a sense of composure at all times even when things were stressful. Jamar displayed his professionalism and knowledge in all situations. Jamar took the time to explain things, answered questions and if he didn’t know the answer he would find someone who knew the answer. He was always willing to go that extra mile. Jamar's pleasing personality also gave us a sense of assurance. He had such a calming effect on my husband when he became nervous or had other emotional feelings. Jamar showed great concern for me and other family members emotionally and physically. Jamar showed all his work & professional skills when he came into the room and recognized that my husband was in distress and immediately told them to call Respiratory Therapy. Jamar attributes are his empathy, compassion, communication, critical thinking, detail-oriented and love for his job and patients. Overall, he was our “Guardian Angel”, even when working on a different floor, he would come by and say hello and check on us.
