From the moment we came back to the ER room, T.C. just came in in such a polite manner and was very accommodating to my circumstances as the patient. He made sure all of my needs were met not only as a patient but also as a caring, compassionate human being. One of the things he did was while putting in my IV I started puking, and he made sure I had cold wash rags on my head and neck to help soothe some of the vomiting. He had the tech put cold wash rags on my forehead and neck. He went above and beyond what is considered a nurse's job in and out of my room, making sure I was as comfortable as I could be. He was very prompt in giving medications as well. Such a caring and gentle soul. T.C., thank you so much.
