Tammy has always had a positive attitude that is contagious and always encouraging. She is always willing to jump in and help staff and does so on a regular basis.

Tammy has always been a positive influence on staff, and we need more staff like her.

Today in the ER, we had several critical patients, and we were swamped. Without being asked, Tammy grabbed a computer and jumped in, working side by side with us. She never complains about her workload. She just says, “What can I do to help?”
