An 81-year-old patient at UNC Health Care, his 3 daughters, family, and friends would like to thank the entire staff from housekeeping, kitchen, CT, Radiology, Lab, and especially the CNAs and Nurses for being so patient, kind, and happy to help in every way. Above and beyond, Jennifer stood out the most. She lightened the mood and brightened our Dad’s day from day one. She always entered and left with a kind and caring attitude. She answered every question we had, and if she was unsure, she went through every step necessary to get us our answers. She addressed our Dad when she was in the room as well as the family. (He’s hard of hearing). My Dad and sisters looked forward to her being his nurse and we were trusting in her care to the point we knew if we needed to step off the floor….he was good and in capable hands. She handled my Dad with care, respect, and dignity. My Dad lit up when she walked into the room, and we really appreciated her in every way. Thank you to Jennifer.
