Regarding professionalism, Kibret was very diligent in dispensing my husband's meds on time, explaining what they were for. He treated my husband not only as a patient but as a guest of honor in a palace. Kibret showed exceptional compassion in a way that made my husband feel as if he had an extremely loving son taking care of him. Also, Kibret noticed my husband's inability to express his needs or fears, so Kibret offered a different approach to meet those needs and take away those fears. 

Kibret was very quick to meet my husband's needs. An example: due to my husband's condition, he was unable to swallow big pills, or to grab them. So Kibret offered to crush them or to split them. That way, my husband could take them. 

NO matter the time or needs that my husband had, Kibret showed kindness, patience at ALL TIMES. His voice and manners showed that even behind his face mask.

One last example: As I spend the nights at the hospital, Kibret noticed my struggle to sleep on the sofa. He took action by unfolding the sofa and voila! I had a bed to sleep comfortably. 

All these qualities, plus being open minded, taking the time to listen, etc., made my husband and I feel like we were Kibret's best friends and at the same time, part of his family. Wish we could take him home with us!
