Andrea was extremely caring towards my sister and went out of her way to accommodate her in every imaginable way. From washing her thoroughly, visiting the pharmacy to pick up her prescription drugs, making her laugh with her shining personality, to even making sure she got her Christmas gifts! 

On Christmas, while my sister was in the hospital, I had tried to order a pair of fuzzy UGG boots (the socks provided by the hospital couldn't really fit her feet) but there were problems with making the order and making it arrive by Christmas Day. Andrea heard about this, and she walked me through the order process and even called to make sure my sister's boots arrived on time! 

 When the hospital eventually called me to say she was getting released, I called and said, "She's got a long way to go (Kingman), and she doesn't have anyone to pick her up!" Andrea stepped in and arranged an Uber ride for my sister. The hospital paid for half of the ride, but Andrea paid for the other half out of her own pocket, and she told me: "If it were my sister, I would do the same thing." 

 From a horrible experience, she made it a wonderful one!
